Ordo asked us for a product video. We found out why people weren’t buying, fixed that first, and then made the photos and films that sell it.

Ordo Box makes modular storage for professional kitchens: one base and dozens of modules for knives, spatulas, boards and tools. The founders came to us for a product video.
Before filming anything, we looked at how people were buying. Too many carts were abandoned before payment, and customers didn’t understand how the system worked. The shop listed every piece on its own, so each buyer had to work it out alone:
A video would have sent more people into the same confusion. So the video waited.
We rebuilt ordobox.be around one job: help a chef find the right box and get to the cart without guessing. Like the product, it’s a base that everything else plugs into.

Ordo shipped the full range from Belgium to our Dublin studio. Every base, module and add-on was shot on the same surface and light, so the shop reads as one system and every product page looks like it belongs.
Each month we now film one module family, for the shop and for social.

Their best sales month yet.
Ordo has just had their best sales month to date.
A push on social helped too, and we’re still measuring how cart abandonment has moved. What is already clear: customers understand the system now, and the feedback on the new shop has been very positive.
Next, on the same base: a module film every month, explainers, and a place for chefs to share their own setups.
This is what the monthly content looks like. Each film shows how a module family works, how it’s built, its features and its options, so chefs can choose without asking. It runs on the shop, with cut-downs for social.
“They made our new webshop, great dude and know his stuff. Nice to have someone that can take exceptional pictures, videos and understands how customers think in a website AND make a complicated product explained in a simple way.”
Tell us about it. We’ll find out why before we pick up a camera.
